Bill is the Firm’s Executive Director and founded ABL in 1993 after an extensive commercial career including roles as Financial Controller for Willis Australia and AAPT Ltd and for particular projects in various companies including CSR Ltd. With his exposure to both commercial and public practice, he regularly engages in servicing a variety of clients with differing structures.
He has also advised and serviced listed companies in Hong Kong. The range of industries that he has worked for include computer wholesalers, importers and exporters, restaurants, retail shops real estate agents, medical practices and solicitors.

Denys Moore is the Advisory Chairman of ABL, having been first appointed in 2006. He has a professional accounting background with extensive experience in business including finance, strategic risk, insurance and risk financing management. He is a Director of several of his client’s companies.
He is also an ASIC approved Responsible Officer for two licensed Derivative Trading companies.
